Hi guys, looking for help with Fruit Bonus 2000
When I go into service mode, im stuck on that screen, no buttons work. The buttons do work during game play.
Thoughts?

The buttons won't work, if there's credits on the machine.

No credits, same problem

Could you post a clear photo of "that screen" you're seeing?

Maybe the menu only works by using the touchscreen, rather than the button deck? :Scratch-Head:
Do you have a manual for it?

Read this .pdf file I found :sherlock: on the internet.
Here's the link to it...>>>

So its worked before, i was able to change the settings with the buttons, it suddenly stopped working.
Yes I have the manual and the schematics as well

okay...I'm glad you know that some games don't use the touchscreen but some games require you to use touchsceen to change anything in the menus.
If you've seen this game use the buttons to change settings, then I ddon't know what's wrong because like you said, you've used the buttons to change settings on this game before.
I'd be checking black ground wires for a break or loose connector.
It's the only thing left to do....or try a different game maybe in that cabinet?
Maybe the problem is with the game board?
Which button do you touch to get into the settings?
Is that button working alright? Not stuck? It's a momentary button.
How about the other buttons that you were working on?
If any button or momentary switch is stuck closed, it sends a logic signal back to the game board's processor - locking out all other buttons from working.
