wanna KNOW what causes the RED LED on IGT GAME KING (game board) CPU ENHANCED part no. 757044.

It indicates the MPU has failed to boot correctly.  Could be a bad MPU, bad flash board (or legacy adapter/software), or a bad  power supply.
