Hello everyone,
I got a GameKing where the top and belly florescent will not turn on. There’s power on both, changed different F15T8 and still nothing. It doesn’t have any starter receptacle so I don’t think it needs it (could I be wrong?). Has anyone encountered this issue before and was able to resolved it?
Please help. Thanks in Advance.

If you don't have a starter then you probably have electronic ballasts that run off of +25VDC from the main power supply. Pull the power connector off of it and check to see if it's getting +25VDC to it or not.

Ballasts often have some basic failures on these machines. Erosion due to corrosion on the 25v plug, easy to check, harder to correct. And cold/broken solder joints in the ballast, easily fixible with a teardown and decent solder ability. Its quite easy to detect broken solder joints on some even without teardown, if the pins in the plug aren't solid, your diagnosis is done-broken solder joints.

Thanks. I will try that and will let you know what’s happening.

So I got a working ballast and transfer it to this one, still nothing. I think the 25v may be shot, could it be the power?

Did you check the +25VDC going into the ballasts? Does the machine work except for the lights?

Changed the power supply, changed the power distribution…no change.
Forgot to mention that all button lights are off too.
