Hello, looking for some help on my IGT Ms. Little Green Men. Machine turns on and boots up just fine. The blue light on the bill validator just flashes and went except money, looks like a truck with a plus sign on it. The red JCM light stays solid. Then it will also show bill validator stacker full on occasion. It's empty, I tried another another bill stacker with same results...

Does the bv cycle when you turn it on?
