Title: IGT AVP Trimline Screen is offset
Post by: tjlee on February 08, 2024, 03:40:48 PM
I am running a Trimline slot with a 3.0 box and 8.3R Game King software.  I am getting the offset screen shown in pic on main menu.  Games seem to be OK.  Any ideas??  Monitor is a 19" Tovis.

Can the picture be adjusted via an OSD control panel on the top or back panel of the lcd?

Monitor adjustments make no difference with this problem.  I had a similiar problem on a G20 using DVI cables and found out changing the video cable on DVI solved this problem.  Hookup on this is VGA on both ends.  I'm not sure if there are different VGA types of cabling.  Thanks for reply.

The only difference that I know for those is a 14-pin v.s. 15-pin VGA (Video Graphic Array) cables.
I think it was called SVGA?

I have done some searching on this and have found out that Trimlines use their own version of Game King software.   The 8.3r I am using is intended for use on AVP wide screen machines.  My next step is to locate Trimline Game King software.

Oh okay...I have the G23's...that's why I've never seen my screens screwed up like that.
