Hi Guys,  I have a bally 5500 and want to use the english 10p the only problem is the most recent that being some years ago 10p coin is a steel variant of the coin, so there is two 10p coins but made of different metals, is there any way of fooling the coin comparitor in accepting the both coins, it is for home use only?

Hope you can help

Many thanks

Maybe you can use a mechanical comparitor?

Or shim the rake open on your current comparitor

If I keep the rake open it doesn't credit, I put a jumper link on the middle set of pins and kept the rake open and it works, many thanks for the help.
