IGT GK (3802 board) CRT-LCD conversion

Good Day to All. Both of My Ceronix monitors have the 19 pin plug on them. The CRT IS using 9 pins and the LCD is utilizing 17 pins. The touchscreen on the LCD is using some of the pins but I’m Not sure about the rest. A long time ago I had this printed out but I can’t find it anywhere. I would appreciate any suggestions advice in completing this project.
