Title: IGT Vision stops at "good luck" screen

The slot starts normally and then hits the "Good Luck" screen and stays there. Anyone have an idea what is wrong.

Need way more info than that. Is this machine new to you? Did it work properly before? Did you make any changes before issue. What chip combo and BGM software are you running?  :Please_Post_Pictures_2: of your chips and data card.

it's a wild cherry machine. It has worked normally for years. Didn't make any changes. Have no idea about that info. I need a manual and maybe I can troubleshoot it. Was hoping it was a common problem that was easy to fix.

Have you checked the battery in the top box CPU and the battery on the MPU in the lower cabinet?
