Just found this on the web. Any thoughts?


I am sure this ain't going to change the way WMS and Bally develop their games, but kinda interesting to see what happens..

The thing is Bally and williams have always been in bed together even dating back to arcade games and pinballs even prior to that.  Just a change for them for the $ end of it.  They will still be around and have the name.  The product in the future-Yet to be seen.  Same with Igt I would think and I am talking lightly here about all this as there are many details on the exact dealings and changes.
