Title: 1929 Mills Poinsettia payout drama/question

HI! If my reels indicate a payout, it happens in the correct # of coins. BIG HOWEVER...it also pays out 2 coins, no matter what the reels indicate.  Wish my book had a "trouble shooting" index....but....it doesn't.  :thank_you:

I believe you have a stuck or gummed-up coin slide, or coin slides.
Can you post a photo of the back of the mechanism. If you're facing the back, they are on the left side bottom.
Post a picture of the entire mechanism, back side as well.

THANKS! Gave it a good hosing with brake parts cleaner/degreaser. Also noticed bottom horizontal lever slightly out of alignment with others. Gave it a push & it popped into place. End of payout drama. Thanks again! :cool_thumb_up:

Good to hear! Remember not to put any kind of lubrication on the slides.
