i Just bought a Mills 421 Vest Pocket for my collection..I am Puzzled on how the Payout card works  :Scratch-Head:..Alsoi am looking for the back of a Qt lock to convert it to a Vest Pocket ..i need 3 ...thanks

 Very interesting!  I have not seen a VP in this configuration.  It appears that it may have been converted to a trade stimulator.  Does it have the parts and physically payout?  I would think that with that pay table a bartender would be handling the "wins" and issue the points as credit for cigarettes, drinks, additional free plays or ?

 Nice Find! Is it a 5¢ machine?

 I see it came with a set of my VP feet.  :applause:

Can you post a larger photo of the award card and a photo of the entire machine showing the payout area?

Mills Made these and it does payout..you use a nickel just the same ..These are very rare so there is not much info. on the payout card ..they also made one in chrome as well.there cigerettes on the reels to match the pay card

I guess each nickel would equate to 5 points! I knew about these but never saw one in existence. I'd think these definitely would be extremely rare. This is all it shows in the little VP manual.
How much did you get it for?
