Was having trouble with the bezel leds on a Alpha not being the same color completely around the bezel.Tried changing the gadget board,cabling,backplane and the CPU,same problem.
Bought a whole door(in great shape!) off Idesign and problem fixed.Turned out to be a bad set of bezel LED boards.
The first picture is what they looked like before.
