Powered on my Treasure Wheel after it had been shut off for awhile. Had to chase several errors. When Powering up, it would not do the normal "8 bars" of dings when loading, and froze after 5. Did the RAM Reset process described here, and in the manual (Reset Button, Keyswitch, Power-on). This cleared the problem and allowed game to load, and works normally with coins-in. Also got "METER WIRE DISCONNECTED" which I resolved by swapping out the SIS/SIB2 PCB. (Broken pin on CN1)
After the reset, attempted to re-do the settings/features, however instead of the normal "Soft Meters" on the 1st key turn, I get:
"BILL VALI. ERROR"
Please Call Attendant"
Another key turn gets:
"NOW BILP. ABET 0"
"INSERT COIN"
"INSERT BILL"
This sequence repeats as many times as I turn the key....
In the meantime, the WBA shows no signs of life, and does not do it's initialization at power-up. Diagnostics of the WBA successfully run the motor forward/backward, and a "Bill Test" (DIP 1-2-3-4) successfully processes a bill and delivers it to the cashbox with no flashing on the two LED's. Power to the WBA PCB shows 12VDC as it should.
At this point, I can run the machine with coins, however I cannot use bills, and cannot change any settings or features - it is stuck with the factory presets. I got "no more rabbits in my hat" and hoping someone here can shed some light on this :banghead:

Have same problem... Turn off SW 1-10 on the MB to disable the bill validator, Power/Off/On, and it should then allow you to get to the settings menus. Once you have settings done, then you can turn it back on, and chase the BV problem.
