Hi Joey,
I am working on a customers Aristocrat mechanical slot, and the reel kicker had the lower leg broken off. Well as you know the kicker is much like a Mills but the shaft bushing is about 10-X's larger then a mills. So with no chance of finding a Aristocrat kicker out there, I cut the bottom leg off a Mills kicker to replace the broken and missing leg of the Aristocrat reel kicker, (A Transplant... LOL). Well have a look at the welds as you might recognise them, Marty; yes you know Marty, and yes that is the Marty I am talking about. Marty welded it up for me last night. That kid is a wonder with a MiG Welder let me tell you! The top leg had a crack in it also, so he had to hit that crack before it broke off. I just need to grind anything that does not clear, then heat it up and temper it in oil and that should do the trick. Oh and cut off that brazed hook that someone added.
