Bally Slot machine 1090-22, I don't know if this is original or added on however they match up hole for hole, and the Formica matches. I don't know the difference since I'm not a authority on slot machines.

Bally Slot machine 1090-22 after I scrubbed the Formica, waxed, cleaned, and filled in holes. The upper and lower cabinet are permanently attached, all of the locks are keyed alike.:
