Here is a circuit I designed to have manual control of the door optic circuit in IGT games.
I can work on a game and open and close the door while leaving the door open to test in real time.

That's good stuff to know right there and sure makes troubleshooting internal problems much easier.

I know RB has some kits that he makes up that will do much of the same thing. I've used his bypass kit before to check problems inside the machine in real time.
