Wayne attached an example board photo I found but there are a few blackfin bonus wheel driver boards out there that look completely different

There is another white surrounding wheel version on the newer AvP WOF , and other wheel bonus games like that I am looking for an Indiana Jones wheel game restoration project

I'll look in my boxes of misc. Boards.  I had an Indiana Jones wheel before,  and some other wheel parts, but those are gone now.
