Title: Error Code 64 - IGT S+ Top Dollar

Hi everyone,
Issue with S+ TOP DOLLAR.
Getting error code 64. Machine will play a few spins. Then error code comes up.
Not sure how to resolve. Please help and thank you to anyone who chimes in.

[Code 64] is "Link Down".
Probably a loose connection between the MPU, and the topbox computer.
The small, interface board encased in black plastic with the small flashing LEDs, is on the back wall, just right of the bell.
Check the wiring & connections.

Here's a photo of the communicator circuit board without the black plastic cover on it.

I have the same machine with the same issue. I replaced the battery in the lower mother board and the top mpu4 battery had already been removed. I've checked all of the connections from top to bottom and have no idea what else to do. Any help would be appreciated....

The tan vertical harness on the bonus game came loose. That was the problem. Check that.
