Title: Flush Fever Poker

Anyone know if this is a PE+ game.  Check the paytable glass.  Most likely works like Shockwave Poker, but instead of a 4 of kind hand you need to a hit a flush.  Then for X (unknown) amount of hands if you hit another Flush you get the higher payout.  Looks fun and would be awesome if someone here has it or knows more about it.

Haven't seen the old version like on the glass you show, but it is out on the AVP platform and I played it a few weeks ago.
On the AVP Lucky Quads is my favorite.
