KV2 no Tito printer set up

Have a KV2 with a clear card.

What are the steps to enable the printer without Tito?  Is this possible?

The laneman:
You must have the tito to have a printer for a Konami.

Ok.  Appreciate it.  Selling it as handpay, but can install a Tito if buyer prefers.

I purchased a Tito for this machine.

Checked all the settings,  tried all the ports.

I think the connection that was sent is incorrect?
