what's going with  these i wanted to buy an item on there site
i even tried to email them  no answers  did that  retire  if they did why there web site still up
i have tried to call them no dice  cam some one feed back on this

So if they're no longer in business why is there websites still up I mean that would be the smart thing to do is take the website down if they're no longer in business

Agreed. Anytime you do a search on the web for a certain item they are one of the first to pop up.
