Title: Coin Out Jam (coinless) after cash out

Hi i have a IGT S2000 with a enhanced board, coinless machine, ticket printer, everything functioned correctly until i was working in belly glass area, after power up i got (i think) some sort of coin error, pushed connections tight in that area and got that to go away. fast forward to now and i accidentally hit cash out and i have a coin jam error, and i don’t know what to do. i was going to key chip the machine to verify disable coin but i cannot do that as there is credits on the machine, can a anyone help?

You will have to clear it first, then key it. Did you try opening the door and turn key like a hand pay?

If you have a removable coin battery on your MPU board. You can remove the battery to clear any credits.

that worked now how can i disable the coins?

I make mine cash less and disable the printer and make cash out a hand pay
