There is a listing on eBay by the name of "pinball_services" that offer board repairs for several different pinball machines for a flat rate of $XXX. Anyone here used them or heard of them. All of their feedback is very good.

Never heard of them. Curious to what board you need repaired and what's wrong with it?
A lot of repair guys are close to replacement cost of boards, so you have to be aware of all the numbers.
Acid Damage? Replace the board with a new one. Acid corrosion will "creep" through the years and the problem will come back to bite you - even if they removed 99% of it.
