Title: Bally S550-S6000 Won't Register Coins

Hey guys. This is on Craiglist for $300 localy. Easy fix? Here is the problemas stated in the ad:

"Lights up and spins but for some reason is not registering the coins. "

P.S. Can anyone tell if there is a bill collector in there? Is it easy to add one?

Coin comparitor is mechanical.  Should have a CC16. Optic board is not illuminated.  Could be a bad optic board. No picture of Bill acceptor location,  so can't answer that question. It is a 6000 model.
