if your machine is and s9000 Elite, with the top monitor, the player tracking goes to the left of the printer, if it's an S9000 with glass at the top and the small lcd below the reels, it goes in the top box. It's best to specify, and machine pictures help.  Posting you location can be helpful also.

call spin inc.  they are pretty good with having player tracking panel stuff for machines.  phone call is much more helpful than an email from my experience.  prices are terrible either.
