Hi there,

i have two questions

1. is this a S 5500? and
2. has anyone a video that shows changing of a battery and clear ram process? thx chris

Yes that is a 5500. You'll need good soldering skills as the battery is most likely soldered in. If you don't feel comfortable with soldering maybe take it to an electronics repair or battery store. Board will need to be removed from metal tray to replace battery.
