Title: G23 Configuration Verification Required/Call Attendant Error

Im looking for some help with the error Configuration Verification Required/Call Attendant. So far I have wiped the NVRAM and the hard drive. I have also installed the OS and games. After installing the games I boot up the machine and thats when i get the error. I have the 3, 4, and 5 ekeys. I have tried using all 3 to get into the menu but none of them seem to be working. When I input each ekey the machine says validating please do not remove ekey but nothing else happens. Im wondering if my ekeys went bad. I have only used them once before and they worked fine.

Are you seeing a "C" and "M" indicator on the top right?
If not, it will exhibit signs of what you are experiencing.
Also make sure that the ribbon cable isnt giving you problems which you can do my manually depressing each "cherry" switch and confirming on the top right corner that each one is activating.

Yes I do have an M and C among other letters.

The C an M have to be highlighted not just shown as all doors are always shown.  Did you try the switch test mentioned in the previous to post to make sure your machine detects open switches?
