Title: Battery Change IGT S+ (I need to Re-Key???)

Hey guys, the battery was replaced on this IGT S+, but I'm not sure what to do next? Do I need to do a whole reset on the machine? I'm pretty sure the battery was dead for a year or so (all the way).

Is there is a thread or video with clear instructions on this that you could point me to? I'm new at this, but I can follow instructions.

Also, I got all these chips with another S+. (see pic)  Are any of these the clear chip I could use on any S+? or it takes a Key Chip 45 ??? I would need to order one...

Also, will I need some other chips for the bill validator? and another precedure to learn?

The exact machine I'm trying to get going is pictured here:

Nothing wierd ever happened with the machine, the battery just went dead...

If the battery is dead you should get a code 12 in the display.  I don't see that in your pictures. 

At any rate, all you need to do is replace the battery and follow the steps here starting at "Initializing the new game".

We replaced the battery and it worked after following the procedure.  Thanks guys!
