wms 400 non dot display problem

got a wms 400 non dot . what the problem is that there is no display, credit, or otherwise when you turn it on , you get the b/v to run and you get 1 bong reel lock up but dont spin , i put a good working lower p/s in  and it does the same thing , i changed the cpu and i/o boards same thing im getting all the correct voltage to the i/o board so i know that is all working , i tried to run clear i get the bling sound, but no display so i cant see whats going on , so i know my p/s is good , i even swapped it with a good atx and harness from another 400 machine i had long ago , and i know my boards are good , anyone ever run into this before. i dont have any other parts for this machine , backplane board go bad or just bad display, before i start taking the harness apart was hoping someone might have had this happen to them before

Have you checked the fuses and caps on the Power Distrubution that is under the lower power supply module? Common failure components on that board.

Especially that you swapped almost everything out, it sounds like it could just be the displays.  Everything sounds correct in the boot process, there could be a message on the display that you can't obviously see, but is preventing it from going online.  The digit displays usually aren't a problem point with these machines, I'd check the wiring first, make sure you don't have a plug out somewhere.

i will try what sunrise said 1st  i will have to look around in my pile of stuff to see if i have a display, but will check the wires 1st machine was working fine at cust house then he decided to move it said it played for about a hour then display went blank so im wonder if there in not a quarter stuck behind the back plane board will keep everyone posted on what i find out  thanks for the help
