Screen reading "Bad NoVram Check"... and now other issues.

Complete noob here. Just purchased n IGT s2000 Triple Diamond machine. It is all original from Caesars Atlantic City. As stated in description its reading Bad NoVram Check. I have done some research and received multiple different answers. I just replaced the cr2032 battery on the board leading me to this error message. Included pic of error and board. Thanks for the help

That is just player tracking stuff, you can unplug or remove it.  It is not used for home play.

What exactly would I be unplugging.. the box that says ballys mastercom? Sorry. Completely new to this.

I was thinking this was the issue for it not completely firing up. Looking like I was wrong. I flip power switch.. machine goes live.. bill acceptor doesn't cycle .. lcd screen says screen passes self test but nothing else happens...any thoughts? Do I need to buy chips to reset or clear machine?
