Jackpot Payout Insert

I recently saved a IGT S+ Double Black Tie and I'm trying to swap out the Jackpot insert amount from "Progressive" to $10,000. Where can I find this insert and what is it called? I know I could trying and print one out but, I don't want it to look like a 5 year old did it.

Post a picture of your glass. 16" tops use a larger insert than 9" or round top. Only high denom glass uses $ amounts. Otherwise the insert should read coins or credits.
