Title: IGT Wells Gardener monitor

Monitor comes on for a seconds and then back off.....where do i start trouble shooting....I tried  monitor in another machine and it does the same thing could this be the power supply......It"s a Wells Gardener 17 inch LCD....

When the picture goes out, does the green LED power indicator go out with it? does it change color?, does it flash? I have had a lot of the Wells Gardner monitor have the CCFL bulbs go out on them(mainly because of their age), when they do I usually put LEDs in them.

We have an alternative touch screen, which will be much cheaper. It is compatible with 3M, ELO... We have production in different sizes abel@ld -touch.com

I have a WG touchscreen. The display finally went out even though the touchscreen portion still works. I would have to use an external monitor to display the image. The monitor is AU Optronics M190EG01 V.0.
Do you know when I can replace or repair?
