I received this for free and was told they had no idea what was wrong with it. so if I could find out some info about it I can try to start troubleshooting.
sorry about the imgur link I had to upload to that to get the pic off my phone, my charge cable doesn't work with my pc to transfer images and the size was 1.48mb which is above size.
thanks in advance

Appears to be built on an IGT I-game platform so I moved it here. Tell is what it is or isn't doing and post pics of the circuit boards inside
-
Theres the guts if you need a closer pic of anything i can take one in the morning

Please don't use off site photo hosts. Just contact a moderator for help in the future.
They tend to DISAPPEAR and then the post becomes useless for anyone else who may need help with a similar issue.

I've never seen anything like it. Look on both sides of the machine and see if there's a tag with manufacturer's information.
-
I'm not having a very good day, after jumping through a hundred hoops i think i managed to get a picture uploaded to my computer.
i found this label inside the machine on the back of the door on the display enclosure.
thats the only label i can find anywhere on the machine.

That appears to be the manufacturer of the monitor. The side cabinet speakers make it look like an IGT, but none of the internals look like one that I've ever seen. It has a WBA-13 bill validator, and it looks like a 1st gen ticket printer.
What happens when you turn it on?
-
There is a no input error on the monitor, i'm waiting to borrow a monitor to see if its the cable or the monitor thats messed up but in all reality its probably the onboard video card thats crapped out.
-
Its a PC base slot and I can see that there is no memory in the the mother board.
I also see no hard drive so it maybe a network machine.
-
if its a network machine how can I get it working without a network?
-
Network machines only work on the casino network!
The game software is sent to the machine through the network when the machine boots.
-
if its the problem that could be the no input error maybe? would there be a way to host my own server? i could run a small server box and leave it on 24/7 but I'm not sure how i'd go about connecting to it with the machine. I really wanna bring some life to it tho.

I think the no input error is because your CPU isn't booting up so there's no signal being sent to the monitor. It's probably because the CPU board doesn't have any RAM memory installed would be my guess. Look closely at the CPU, there should be a manufacturer's name and part or model number on it somewhere. Then you can google it and hopefully find some information on the type of memory it requires.

this is the memory spec for that motherboard.
VIA EPIA PD-Series
"The VIA EPIA-PD Mini-ITX main board provides one DIMM slot for DDR266 memory modules.
Available DDR Configurations Refer to the table below for available DDR configurations on the
main board. Slot Memory Module Total Memory DIMM 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB,
and 1GB. Maximum System Memory Supported 1GB"

Nice detective work Paul! It doesn't have anything connected to the IDE connectors, so it must boot via network or maybe USB through that other board? Either that, or the hard drive and cable is missing one. It looks like a USB cable connects it to the CPU board.
The blue cat 5 cable runs up towards the topbox. What's it connected to there?
-
nice work on the ram specs paul. any idea how many pins or speed of the ram? i found pc2100 184pin ram but it says its for a mac?
tilt... that blue cat 5 cable goes upto the top light enclosure where it was just bundled up to stay out of the way. it seems it is a network machine.
I plugged a laptop into the screen and got it to show my desktop so i know that works.
any ideas how i can either emulate or bypass the network requirements? I have a raspberry pi 3 i could use as a hub for the network but i'd need the rom and figure out how to configure it

The 184 pin pc2100 is the same.
