My pot of gold machine has this on the screen can someone help me fix the problem ......thank you all

Did you change anything?

Haven't done anything it was working great then this popped up on the screen

Try turning the "attendant" key switch and hold it in position for 5 seconds (pin 18 parts side). If that doesn't clear it you have to manually reset the board by removing the clock chip for about 30 seconds while machine is powered OFF. The clock chip would be the U3 chip on newer model boards but in your pic I see your board is an older model, I don't know what socket the clock chip is on those, I need a better pic.

hold the attendant key for about 3 seconds it should work

It’s either set on South Carolina redemption or Georgia redemption or you have hit the disable terminal button in the main configuration screen. Look for The redemption or payout buttons on the main configurations Green and make sure they are set to generic or generic hand pay. If it is set to SC redeem or GA redeem it will do that also. Also remember to raise the number eight DIP switch on the board and I also have the supervisor switch and in the on position
