Title: POG stuck on payout

Hi,

I have a POG that is stuck on printing ticket,then i found my way to print test ticket, now im stuck on both,path is clear has paper, anyone have any suggestions how i get out of this and get the game to play again

I wish you would of shown us a photo of your printer.
That would help us, help you...instead of trying to guess what you have.

Check and see on the right-hand side of your printer, if it has this green lever.
If so, rotate it counter-clockwise to make sure it is locked into the left-most position.

I took two photos to show you what I mean.
The 1st photo below shows the level in the "open" position, it needs to be in the "locked"position as in the bottom photo.

 the printer model is ict gp58cr and it does have the green lever and it is locked in position to pull paper, what it says now is ois comm link down, printing ticket but nothing is happening, green lights on the printer are on.

it was stuck on trying to print a payout, i don't know much at all about this machine ,,a buddy asked if i could look at it

i found something that says corrupt all u6bburegs press yes will destroy all accounting and config data

Erasing all the accounting data will NOT fix your printer.

You should check for continuity in the wires between the printer and the two mechanical counters.
One counter is for Coin In, while the other is for Coin OUT.
These ICT depend on the counters working correctly to know how many credits to print.

Are the mechanical counters working correctly?
Stick dollar into the bill acceptor and see how many credits the Coin IN counter adds.
See if it adds 1 or 100 credits to the counter total.

Check the ground wire especially....it should be a black wire.

the bv accepts the bill and it goes in to the cash can I guess you call it but it does not register any credits
