Title: Bally 6000 hopper jamming

Bally Roaring twenty’s on 25 cent tokens

Hopper AS04790-0002

On payout coins were jamming side by side

So I followed instructions to adjust wiper and knife

Once I did that the hopper is locking up (coin jam)

Not certain where

Any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance

First thing was to be able to manually spin the hopper to find jam.

Underneath is the motor. Undo the 2 screws and disengage the motor

From the wheel. It’s a challenge to get back in but it worked.

Once able to turn the wheel the coin was jamming at the optic. 

BUT it was the transmission plate from the wheel the slot. I guess

When previous coins jammed it bent it. Small straighten with

Some needle nose and issue solved!!!
