Meter on the plug going to the opto no reading

If the board has a Q26 transistor, 2N3904 replace it.
That transistor sends the door interrogate pulse to the cabinet side opto transistor.

There are different MPU revisions....might give different location #'s for that IC component.
Which MPU do you have?
or even better, why not post a good hi-def photo of your board?
I don't know if you have a 10Mhz or 16Mhz board.
