Title: universal slot phantom spin/ missing jumper wire for coin mech

recently got this 1993  universal machine

looking for what i assume is a jumper wire for coin mech to the black box in pic

any info would help ,,,this is my first universal machine and im a little lost

cant even find a manual for it
