This is an LED (not florescent bulb) RT topper. Comes with all inserts seen in the pics. The Mummy insert was a tester so is printed on basic card-stock paper then laminated. It does light up fine, just not as bright as an OEM insert. Just tossing it in rather then throwing it in El garbage.
