WMS BB1 Gen 2 Print erroe

All of a sudden I get a printer error after voucher prints......if I open door and reload paper it clears and ready to go till next print then same thing ......any help appreciated

mine started today with bv error then printer error from the 5 satus leds i see i only have 4 light game was working great till this started

Sounds like your printer needs servicing.
Try cleaning your printer "ticket taken" sensor with a Q-tip dipped with warm, soapy water and a can of compressed air.
Do NOT use alcohol products...it will cloud the plastic sensor lens and make it worse.
Look for the paper sensor near the back of the rollers and get the dust and grime off of it.
That "ticket taken" sensor reads the black stripes on the tickets and tells when the roller motor should stop after a ticket is printed.
