s2000 sorry printer not available

I had a S2000 machine that would give me the option when cashing out to press change button for a printed ticket or press cash button for coins.  Now I’m trying to do this on my new machine but getting press cash for coins and sorry printer not available.  The machine is a .025 with hopper, bill validator and printer. The printer is enabled and was able to print a test ticket.

Check the split pay settings on your machine that works the way you want and set this one the same. Besides enabling split pay you must choose an amount. Hopper limits may affect it too.

I get that error some times when I turn on my machine.  After a few mins the printer starts working.

Thanks for the fast response.  If possible I would like to have the cash out be <$20 coins, >$20.01 ticket and >$200 hand pay.  Are these the limits you're talking and could help set all the settings I need to change?

Split pay 3.1.11.2 - enable (If the Split Pay option is disabled, the entire payout amount is paid from the hopper if the amount is equal to or less than the coin pay limit. If the amount is above the coin pay limit, the entire amount is paid by ticket)

Also make sure tokenization is off.  7.1.7.1 - disable.
