need chip info Bally Wheel Game

The machine must have wrong personality chips because it plays 5 credits when you hit max bet and the payouts do not match the reels.  Slot belongs to a friend who is not on NLG so I'm posting for him.  Need to find right chip set.

Bob, is there SMI number on the reel brackets or decal on the MPU edge connector or outside front of MPU? Did the MPU get changed and the personality chips didn't get swapped and they're still on the old board?

attached is a picture of the reel strips
they are numbered m923-5121, m923-5122 and m923-5123
there's also a tag on reels with smi 9280
he also sent a picture of a 2nd payout glass, high dollar

9280 doesn't have the dollar symbols, or 100 pay. it's for Monte Carlo Blazing 7s.  I'm pretty sure yours is the Rich and Famous one. 9279 is also MOC R&F, as well as 2250,2251,2252,2253,2254,2255.

On the reel brackets where the SMI number is, there should be Tape # / reel strip numbers.
