Title: Need help for Bally Texas Cash

Hi Guys,
i buyed a Texas Cash Slotmachine. I think the board is the same than a game maker V7200 - see pictures. I don´t have many experiences in slot machines... The slot was not running at the time i got hem. At the start there was only a voice "Bally Gaming ....." then a blue screen with message ram clear ...
First I replaced the empty battery - then i switched on DIP Switch 1 the number 8 to off and i turned the key on the right sight of the cabine, the machine made a restart, but the message was the same.
So i ordered a clear ram chip and put it in the empty space of rom place 10 and restart the machine : Message safe ram clear enabled - key turn - but no other reaction then before.
If i replace the clear ram chip with an also ordered debug chip - the message on picture 3 was on the screen.


So there are the following questions :
1. Is the clear ram chip shown on picture the right chip ? If not, where can i buy them ?
2. Is it right that rom place 10 is empty at that configuration or do i need game rom chips for all rom places (see pictures). Where can i buy them..

When you put you Ram Chip in and before you power up the game, make sure you set DIPSW1 1-8 to on.

All Switches to on after putting in the Clear Ram Chip on P10 ? Not only switch 8 ?


Question : After removing clear ram chip from P10 there is no chip on P10 - is that correct or must be there a chip ?

Thanks at all - the clear ram works now.
The clearing chip has 4 Pin´s less - after putting the chip on the right side of the socket - the clear ram procedure was OK.
