Title: 5000+ won't clear

Hi, can't seem to clear the 5000+ . Did the board pulled out partially  and turn on thing, but c l won' come up at the top. Tried it 4, 5 times and waited , but still nothing. I have no clear chips for this one. Am I missing something.  Is there another way so I can do a full clear with out getting  clear chips...and does any one know what dc voltage is suppose to go to the silonoid below the coin mechanism. Thank you very much. ..
