Title: IGT S Plus Bill Validator not accepting bills

I have a Haywire S Plus machine that needed a battery. I changed the battery and then I ram cleared it and also used the BV chip to set validator. The problem comes during the BV chip process, when it comes time for me to hit the spin reels button so I can set the denomination it doesn't work. In other words, when I hit spin, the number does not move and stays at zero. I believe that is why it is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I did.  After the 9,1 I hit the reset and it goes to 0. When I hit the spin button to change the denomination it does not work. The number stays at 0 and does not move.
