I have three Alphas S9C slots and I am trying to install PS-66AT GEN1 printers in them. I keep getting a printer comm error. I am using a GEN2 printer harness 200213. Do the Alphas have to run GEN2s or can I install these GEN1s??? Printers are RS232 and not Netplex. I am stumped on this one. Any ideas on this?? Thanks
