Looking for some help with clearing this error on a spielo aura machine. It came with this disk and usb in the photo but i am unsure if its what i need. Any help or advice is appreciated

What you have is the cd to make the game flash drive and the game flash drive itself
You need  paytable and download dongles as shown in the picture.
Bad news is they are next to impossible to find.

Thanks for the reply and info, not the news i was hoping to hear but atleast now i know.  Do you happen to know if these cabinets keep memory or just the cpu? Maybe i can send my cpu to someone who has the paytable/download dongles to clear and setup for me.
