I have a machine that I don't know how to change the SW1 switches so I can make my bill validator enabled. There are only a couple things you can change from the video settings which is the enable/disable bill validator and the speed of your hands being dealt. It shows the sw1 and sw2 settings there but I can't set them from this menu. The bill validator can't be enabled unless switch 4 and 7 are turned on. I've took the board out and can't seem to see anything that needs to be done there. Can someone tell me how to set this by any chance please.

On your board, you will find spots where the dip switches should be, the problem is sometimes, I haven't yet figure out why, the dipswitch banks were removed and replaced with soldered on jumper wires. The spot will be marked with SW1 and SW2 I also think you will find JP1 for the factory jumpers. You would have to solder a jumper wire straight across the pads the short way to turn them on or cut/remove the wire to shut them off.
