Title: Touchscreen diagnostic/calibration
Post by: rickhunter on October 28, 2023, 08:29:14 AM
I can't seem to find it anywhere in the menus?  How do you calibrate if needed?

The touch screen calibration info should be visible in the install screen if you are using a v22.  Bottom of the screen, left side.  Use the test button to bring it up.

Yeah, it's only for the mainscreen though.  iDeck is having issues.  For whatever reason now the iDeck touchscreen maps into the middle screen on the V22.  If was working fine, then I hit coin pick bonus, picked the coins from the ideck, and now the ideck touchcreen maps to the middle screen.  The middle screen touchscreen works as expected.  So now I can't select anything on the iDeck because the touch points on the iDeck actuate the touchpoints on the middle screen.  I'm thinking an NVRAM clear and re-running setup will probably fix it, but yet to be sure on that.  Mom is playing the game so I don't want to take the machine down, since she just hits the repeat bet button and picks the coins from the main screen.  The bet level has remained the same, since there is no way to change it now.

Yeah, that's weird.  I never had that issue.  I haven't played Dancing Drum Prosperity in awhile but I used the ideck to do the pick bonus on other games with no issues.  May be a fluke.  Best to do a NVRAM clear when the machine is free.
