Odyssey Touch Screen panels?

Does anyone know of a source for Odyssey touch screen panels?  Also, does anyone know of someone who has successfully replaced the monitor with a touch screen LCD.  I have seen some nice pictures of this mod using a Planar monitor but do not know the source.
